What ever you like to do in front of the door - taking a sun bath, stretching out in the shade of the trees, watching the passing ships while listening the birds, starting directly your out-door activities or chating near a cosy camp fire during the evening hours - imagination and desires know almost no bounds.

The small wine-village Fahr (part of Volkach) is situated in the center of the Franconian wine-growing area at the "Volkacher Mainschleife" with its famous vineyards and a diverse and colorful range of cultural and culinary delicacies.
